Election Day is Tuesday, November 3

Tuesday, November 3, 2020 is Election Day. The City’s 11 polling locations will open at 7:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM. Polling locations will look different -- booths will be spread out, hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray will be plentiful, and election workers will have plexiglass barriers, face shields, and masks. Voters are encouraged to wear a mask or face covering when voting.

Based on your residency, you must vote at your polling place. Same day voter registration is allowed at your polling location with proof of residency.

Friday, October 30 is the last day to in-person absentee vote at Merrill Auditorium. The Clerk’s Office will be open until 5 PM and anyone in line by 5 PM will be allowed to vote. Absentee ballots must be returned to the municipal clerk no later than 8:00 PM on Election Day. Absentee ballots must be returned to the Clerk’s Office in the Merrill Auditorium Lobby or the outside 24/7 official drop box and not to your polling place.

If you requested an absentee ballot, but now wish to vote in person on Election Day, you may do so as long as you have not returned your absentee ballot.
