Workplace Safety
We believe that city employees are the most important asset of the City of Portland and that their safety is our greatest responsibility.
The Workplace Safety Training Division staff work together to reduce the number of work-related accidents and injuries, to lower city workers compensation costs, to provide timely and efficient benefits to work-injured employees, and then return them to productive work quickly and compassionately once they are injured.
