City of Portland Employees' Charitable Campaign (COPECC)
Dear Fellow Employee:
Welcome to the City of Portland Employees’ Charitable Campaign (COPECC) for 2021-2022.
This campaign is designed to meet your needs. You choose how much you wish to contribute and how it is distributed. You may give to as many agencies as you wish; it’s all your choice!
- To contribute through Weekly Payroll Deduction, review the listings for each federation and the City of Portland funds in this year's brochure and write the agency number and amount per week you would like to donate to that agency on the pledge form under the federation's logo. If you choose the weekly deduction method, deductions will begin the 1st pay period of 2022 (for 52 weeks). All funds are distributed directly from our Payroll Office to each federation.
If you wish to have your contribution continue each year to your chosen charity(ies) without having to complete a new pledge form, just check the box on your pledge form authorizing your deduction to continue indefinitely. When you do wish to make a change, you can fill out a new Pledge Form.
- To make a One-Time Direct Contribution for 2022, send cash or check (made payable to COPECC) with your pledge form; be sure to designate on your pledge form the federation/agency number you choose to receive your funds.
